30 Day Return Policy On Unopened Products

You have 30 days to return any unused, unopen, resellable products to USV. Note: we must receive the return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Policy Specifics
Step 1: Purchase products from UnitedStatesofVitamins.com
Step 2: If you do not use and do not open the products, you can return them for a refund. We will not accept returns of opened products.
Step 3: Include some form of identification with the return. This is so we know who to credit. If possible, please include a copy of your invoice.
Step 4: Mail the unused products to USV at the following address:

We must receive the products within 30 days of the purchase date, so please account for shipping time when planning a return.

Notes:

• We can only accept returns for products purchased from UnitedStatesofVitamins.com. Products purchased in retail locations and other online vendors are not eligible for this return policy. Buy through us to get the peace of mind of our 30-day guarantee.
• Returns must be received at our Return Department within 30 days of the purchase date. Please place insurance on your package in case your shipping carrier loses your package. This way you will get your money back from the carrier if your package is lost.
• Any shipping fees charged to the customer will not be refunded. We currently only charge shipping fees to orders outside the lower 48 states so for most customers this will not be an issue.
• The cost of shipping the product back to us is the customer's responsibility.
• Note on Bad Adresses- Make sure you return the products to the correct address listed on this page. If you return the products to the wrong address, we will not receive the products and will be unable to issue a refund.
