Deep Stress Tea Ingredients
Oat leaf, Linden blossoms, Melissa herb, Catnip leaf, Licorice, Hawthorne berry, Lavender flowers & Lemon peel.

Directions
Drink 2-3 cups a day. To benefit from the medicinal effects of these herbs, we recommend the following guidelines for brewing WishGarden Medicinal Teas.

Tea By The Cup
Less potent than an infusion, yet, still effective and readily consumable. Place a coffee scoop of herb mix (approx. 2 T) in a tea strainer for every cup (8oz.) of tea. Pour boiling water over the herbs and steep for about 10-20 minutes.

Infusions
Preferred for maximum water extraction of the medicinal properties. Place a full handfull of herb mix into the bottom of a quart size jar. Fill with boiling water, stir to soak all of the herb mix, and cover. Let this steep, at room temperature, for 4-8 hours or overnight. Strain off the tea and drink. Refrigerate the remainder and reheat as needed. Feel free to add honey, milk, or anything you like to taste. A french press coffee maker also works well.
