Wish Garden Herbs Cramp Relief! is designed as a symptom relieving uterine relaxant and anti-spasmodic.
Cramp Relief! Ingredients
Crampbark, Wild yam root, Black Cohosh root, Catnip leaf, and Scullcap aerials in approximately 55% pure grain alcohol and Rocky Mountain spring water.
Suggested Use
3 dropperfuls in water. Repeat in 5 minutes (Double dose) if needed for symptom relief. Dose can be repeated 3 times total within 20 minutes. For more information on double dosing, please read Basics of Taking Herbal Extracts in Library.

Product Rating I am so excited to discover Cramp Relief! For over 15 years I have suffered
from menstrual cramps each month and I have always taken Ibuprofen. At one
point I tried to stop taking the Ibuprofen, but I was stuck in bed on a
heating pad for 2 days! Last week I decided to ask someone at my local
health food store if there is anything I could try to relieve my cramps so
that I don't have to use the harsh Ibuprofen anymore. The woman suggested
your product, Cramp Relief. This week I used it during the first two days of
my cycle, and I was so amazed at how well it worked! As soon as I would feel
cramps coming on I would take some of the Cramp Relief, and they would go
away within a few minutes! And they would stay away! Hallelujah! :-) Thank
you so much for creating this product. I am so happy that I won't ever need
