Details

Kava Cool Complex (Kava/Chamomile Complex). Useful for anxiety, edginess, tension, mental and physical agitation, as well as for other symptoms of nervousness and high level stress. Helps relax muscle tension due to stress. Permits sleep when insomnia is due to muscle and/or mental tension. Acts as a mood elevator; is useful in depression where there is a lot of agitation, anxiety and inability to relax. Ingredients: Kava, Chamomile, St. John's Wort, Oat seed, Passionflower, Hops, Skullcap, Stevia. Dose: Take 15-25 drops or one softgel three to four times a day.

Contraindications: Not in pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Do not use with alcohol or barbiturates.

Side Effects: Large amounts over an extended period of time may cause skin rash.

Warning: Do not use if you have or had liver problems, frequently use alcohol, or take medication. Stop use and see a doctor if you develop these symptoms: unexplained fatigue, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, fever, vomiting, dark urine, pale stools, yellow eyes or skin. Not for use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or with alcohol. Excessive use or use with products that cause drowsiness may impair ability to operate vehicles or dangerous equipment.
