I have only been sick once since the beginning of the year because of this blend. I did get sick recently (because I didn't have Kickass on hand,) but it is going away a lot faster. I have fought off a cold several times with this. I usually get sick 3-4 times a year with either a cold or a flu. Keep enough of it around and you won't be sorry.
