Olive Leaf (Olea europaea, dried leaf). Helpful in the beginning of bacterial, viral and fungal infections. Use for colds and flu, upper respiratory infection, ear infection, sinusitis. Recent studies have shown Olive leaf to be effective in herpes outbreaks reducing both the severity as well as healing time. Initial results suggest that it may be as effective as the drug acyclovir.
