• • What is the dosing for the Parafree softgels? And how many 40-drop doses are there in the bottle of liquid Parafree? I'm wondering how long the softgels will last versus the liquid, to determine which to go with. Any advantages of liquid vs softgels?
  • The recommended amount is one softgel or 40 drops (about a dropperful) with water three times a day before meals. So the softgels will last 20 days if you take 3 per day. The 2oz liquid bottle also lasts around 20 days. Thus, the liquid version is a little cheaper.
    
    If you are strictly purchasing based on price, I'd go with the liquid version. However, if you are always taking into consideration the taste and convenience, you might want to go with the softgel. Some people prefer taking the softgels because the liquid version of Herb's Etc.'s products often have a strong taste. Some people also find the softgel a little more convenient to take as well.

  • The usual recommendation for Parafree is to take the product for two weeks, then give it a break for a week. Then continue with the product again for another two weeks. This cycle can be repeated if there is a stubborn or long-standing situation.
