Deep Sleep Specific for inability to fall asleep, waking up frequently during the night with difficulty returning to sleep, waking up too early in the morning or experiencing unrefreshing sleep. Reduces sleep latency (amount of time required to fall asleep) and stops excessive mind chatter. Also for inability to fall asleep from tiredness, waking up groggy or tired, as well as for fitful and/or agitated sleep. Helps to reeducate the brain sleep center and create positive sleep patterns. Product Rating I am soon to be 60 years old and have suffered from insomnia dating back to my college days. The condition has worsened over the years and my pattern was that I would go to sleep at a normal hour but would awaken after only 1.5 to 2 hours of sleep. I would then stay awake for 3 to 4 hours before finally falling back to sleep for another 2 to 3 hours. When I got up in the morning I felt as though I hadn't slept at all.
Deep Sleep has dramatically changed that. I followed the suggested dosage. The first two nights of taking Deep Sleep, I was unable to fall asleep until the wee hours, but when I did fall asleep I at least slept soundly for about four hours. Beginning the third night, I fell asleep on schedule and slept soundly for six straight hours and awoke feeling refreshed and well-rested. This has been the pattern since. I take it; I go to sleep; I wake up refreshed and feeling great.
