I was on a road trip and had bad stomach cramps. I went into a health food store looking for Swedish Bitters, but was directed to this Wish Garden product. I was skeptical because it was such a small bottle, but then I read you only need a few drops under the tongue, so I decided the price was right and my need was great, so I bought it.
I put a half-dropperfull in a glass of water and drank it down. 30 minutes later the cramps were gone. And now I use a couple drops under my tongue with each major meal of the day. It really helps.
